Ilizarov: This orthopedic fixation is used to treat complex open fractures through exterior fixation. The current design is made of steel which makes it heavy and cumbersome for patients to move. With our innovative design and using carbon fiber reinforced materials, the new design is 70 % lighter with the same structural integrity. With the use of additive manufacturing, our fixators are custom made for specific age group, body type and sex.
Compression Plates: These orthopedic plates are designed to close the fracture gap by applying compressive pressure. They are manufactured with an existing bent to bring fracture pieces together by applying pressure after mounting.
Hip Replacement: One of the most commonly orthopedic surgery is hip replacement. The new design involves using non metallic material to create a light, strong and MRI friendly product. Out design is custom-made to the exact specification of patients, in terms of height, weight, body type and age.
